Count Michael Mikhailovich de Torby (8 October 1898 in Wiesbaden – 25 April 1959 in London) was the son of Grand Duke Michael Mikhailovich of Russia (1861–1929) and his morganatic wife Countess Sophie of Merenberg (1868–1927).
Count Georg Nikolaus von Merenberg (Wiesbaden, 13 February 1871 – Wiesbaden, 31 May 1948) married Olga Alexandrovna Yurievskaya on 12 May 1895. They have three children. He remarried Adelheid Moran-Brambeer on 2 January 1930.
Merenberg borders in the north on the community of Mengerskirchen, in the east on the community of Löhnberg, in the south on the town of Weilburg, in the southwest on the community of Beselich, and in the west on the community of Waldbrunn (all in Limburg-Weilburg).
