Frederikssund (Danish pronunciation: [fʁeðʁekˈsɔnˀ]) is a Danish town, seat of the Frederikssund Municipality, in the Region Hovedstaden with a population of 17,135 (1 January 2023). It received the status of market town in 1810. The town is famous for its annual Viking Games as well as for the J.F. Willumsen museum.

Frederikssund er en stationsby i Nordsjælland med 17.135 indbyggere (2023) ved Roskilde Fjord. Byen ligger i Frederikssund Kommune og Region Hovedstaden. I 1652 blev Frederikssund navngivet efter den siddende konge, Frederik III, og fik købstadsrettigheder i 1810. Frederikssund var tidligere ladeplads for Slangerup.
