Goldy is a 3-time national champion and will be forever ranked #1 in the hearts of Gopher fans everywhere. CAREER NOTES: The most diverse and complete multi-sport athlete at the University of Minnesota. Appears at over 600 outings and events each year.
2019. Although Goldy is no doubt still changing, he'll always be our #0—speaking of his football jersey, of course. Our titular gopher is present all across the University, whether it's on posters in various campus buildings or statues, such as the one on the right or the six-foot tall statue outside Coffman Memorial Union.
