Guy XVI, Count of Laval, Mayenne (1 October 1476 – 20 May 1531) was a member of the House of Laval. He was christened Nicolas, but upon inheriting the title, he took the required name of Guy, as his predecessors had done.

Guy XX de Laval, François de Coligny (6 May 1585 – 3 December 1605) was the Count of Laval (Mayenne) and Baron of Quintin. He was son of Guy XIX de Laval and Anne d'Algère . In 1588, Anne d'Algère took him to Sedan so that he could be raised as a Protestant.
Guyonne de Laval née Renée de Rieux (1524–1567) was a French suo jure countess of Laval 1547–1567. She, along with Louis, Prince of Condé (1530–1569) , Gaspard II de Coligny and François de Coligny d'Andelot are pointed out as one of the instigators of the famous Surprise of Meaux of 1567.
