Harju County (Estonian: Harju maakond or Harjumaa), is one of the fifteen counties of Estonia. It is situated in Northern Estonia, on the southern coast of the Gulf of Finland, and borders Lääne-Viru County to the east, Järva County to the southeast, Rapla County to the south, and Lääne County to the southwest.

Randvere is a village in Viimsi Parish, Harju County in northern Estonia. [2] It is located about 11 km (7 mi) northeast of the centre of Tallinn, on the coast of Muuga Bay, northwest of the Port of Muuga. As of the 2011 census, the settlement's population was 1,690.
