The Landtag of Hesse (German: Hessischer Landtag) is the unicameral parliament of the State of Hesse in the Federal Republic of Germany. It convenes in the Stadtschloss in Wiesbaden . As a legislature it is responsible for passing laws at the state level and enacting the budget.

El Parlamento Regional Hesiano 1 (en alemán: Hessischer Landtag) es el parlamento estatal ( Landtag) del estado federado de Hesse en la República Federal de Alemania. Se reúne en el Palacio de Wiesbaden. Como parlamento es responsable de la aprobación de leyes a nivel estatal.
Hesse or Hessia (German: Hessen ⓘ), officially the State of Hesse (German: Land Hessen), is a state in Germany. Its capital city is Wiesbaden, and the largest urban area is Frankfurt, which is also the country's principal financial centre. Two other major historic cities are Darmstadt and Kassel.
The Hesse state election of 2008 for the state government (Landtag of Hesse) saw CDU support collapse, and it was widely assumed that the CDU would not participate in the new government. While outgoing CDU minister-president Roland Koch did lose his majority, the opposing parties were unable to form a coalition.
