Manuel I ( Alcochete, 31 de maio de 1469 – Lisboa, 13 de dezembro de 1521 ), apelidado de O Venturoso, foi o Rei de Portugal e Algarves de 1495 até à sua morte. Era o filho mais novo do infante Fernando, Duque de Viseu, filho do rei Duarte I e de sua esposa, a infanta Beatriz de Portugal, neta do rei João I e filha do infante João.
