Count Pavel Pavlovich Demidov, 2nd Prince of San Donato (Russian: Павел Павлович Демидов; 9 October 1839, Frankfurt am Main / Bad Kissingen – 26 January 1885, Pratolino, Florence) was a Russian industrialist, jurist, philanthropist and nobleman of the House of Demidov.

Their son, Pavel Pavlovich Demidov, who became the 2nd Prince of San Donato, was the grandfather of Prince Paul of Yugoslavia. Nikolay's second son, Anatoly Nikolaievich Demidov, 1st Prince of San Donato, was a well-known traveller and patron of art.
The princedom of San Donato was created by Leopold II, Grand Duke of Tuscany, for the Russian Italophile Anatoly Nikolaievich Demidov in 1840, so that Demidov could marry Mathilde Bonaparte, niece of Napoleon, without her losing her title of Princess. The title was never recognized in Russia.
