Perm (en ruso: Пермь, Perm ) es una ciudad y el centro administrativo del krai de Perm, Rusia, situada a orillas del río Kama en la parte europea de Rusia, cerca de los montes Urales. Entre 1940 y 1957 fue conocida como Mólotov (ruso: Молотов), nombrada en honor de Viacheslav Mólotov .

The city is located on the banks of the Kama River, near the Ural Mountains, covering an area of 799.68 square kilometres (308.76 square miles), with a population of over one million residents. [13] Perm is the fifteenth-largest city in Russia, and the fifth-largest city in the Volga Federal District .
