St Anne's Church, Kew, is a parish church in Kew in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. The building, which dates from 1714, and is Grade II* listed, forms the central focus of Kew Green.

Our historic building is situated on Kew Green, adjacent to the world famous Royal Botanic Gardens. The first Church on this site was built in 1714 on land given by Queen Anne, and largely at her expense. It contained twenty-one pews and an upper gallery. The attractive little brick building was three bays long, entered from west and south, and measured 64 feet by 27 feet.
Situated on Kew Green, adjacent to the world famous Royal Botanic Gardens, stands our fine Church building. With its historic Royal connections and many monuments Saint Anne’s Church witnesses to the Christian faith and its central place, both past and present, in Kew community life.
St Anne’S on Kew Green (image 1) is one of the most attractive churches in our borough. Until 1714, the residents of Kew had no place of worship in Kew itself.
