En su interior, entre otros atractivos, destacan las tumbas de antiguos duques, la sala de lectura de estilo gótico, y el coro, también de estilo gótico, considerado uno de los más bellos de Alemania. A la iglesia se accede subiendo una de tantas empinadas cuestas de Tübingen.
