Volga Federal District (Russian: Приво́лжский федера́льный о́круг, romanized: Privolzhskiy federal'nyy okrug) is one of the eight federal districts of Russia. It forms the southeastern part of European Russia. It is the second most populated federal district (after Central).

The federal districts (Russian: федера́льные округа́, romanized: federalnyye okruga) are groupings of the federal subjects of Russia. Federal districts are not mentioned in the nation's constitution, and do not have competences of their own and do not manage regional affairs.
