La bandera de Luxemburgo se compone de tres franjas horizontales del mismo tamaño, roja, blanca y celeste. Semejante a la de los Países Bajos y a la de Paraguay , pero se diferencian en que la insignia neerlandesa y paraguaya poseen la franja inferior de color azul, y además la última posee escudos diferentes en el anverso y reverso.
