Jeffrey William Toyne (born January 7, 1975) is a Canadian film composer and recipient of Playback Magazine's 'Ten to Watch' honour. [1] Early life. Born in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada, Toyne earned a bachelor's degree in music composition from the University of Western Ontario.
Rumoured to have scored his first theatrical feature at age 23, first TV pilot at 24, before attending USC’s Film Scoring program. Spent time in the Interlochen Arts Camp and Mancini Institute. Infiltrated both the BMI Sundance Composers Lab and ASCAP LA Film Scoring Workshop. Bombadier (retired)
