27 de mar. de 2020 · A bit livelier are "Malice in Wonderland" and "The Wizard of Ooz", a pair of multi-part full-color serials that are notable for mining the same kids' book source material Alan Moore did in Lost Girls. Wood's writing, surprisingly enough, is what provides these with the weight they carry.
Wood later made more pornographic parodies of Lewis Carroll's 'Alice in Wonderland' ('Malice in Wonderland' in National Screw, 1976-1977) and L. Frank Baum's 'Wizard of Oz' ('Wizard of Ooz' in Puritan, 1979).
Continuing with out Wally Wood theme today, let's go back to the first two issues of National Screw Magazine. We saw previously that the first four issues debuted an exclusive new strip from Wood - Malice In Wonderland. While this has been reprinted quite a few times, it's usually in black and white.
