The AfricaMuseum in Tervuren, near Brussels, is a museum and research centre on Africa, with a focus on Central Africa.
The new museum started construction in 1904 and was designed by the French architect Charles Girault in neoclassical "palace" architecture, reminiscent of the Petit Palais in Paris, with large gardens extending into the Tervuren Forest (a part of the Sonian Forest).

Het AfricaMuseum, is niet alleen een toonaangevend instituut voor wetenschappelijk onderzoek, maar ook één van de meest bezochte musea in België. Bezoekers maken er kennis met de culturele en natuurlijke diversiteit van Midden-Afrika aan de hand van veelal historische collecties.
De bekendste bezienswaardigheid in Tervuren is ongetwijfeld het AfricaMuseum. Na een jarenlange renovatie heropende het op 9 december 2018 de deuren voor het publiek. Het resultaat is een inhoudelijke ommezwaai in een architecturaal pareltje.
