First date examinations are usually taking place directly the week a block had finished. The examinations of the second dateare usually taking place during the last two weeks of a semester. The European University Viadrina is located at the Germany-Poland border, and offers UT students a unique context to take a variety of courses from faculties of Law, Business Administration, Economics and Cultural Sciences alongside German and Polish students.
Today it especially endeavours to face the challenge of a newly open and expanded Europe. In co-operation with Polish and other affiliated European universities, the Viadrina, due to its unique geography and history, plays a special role as a bridge between Eastern and Western Europe.
