Herzberg am Harz ( Esperanto: Hercbergo-ĉe-Harco) is a town in the Göttingen district of Lower Saxony, Germany. Geography. The city is dominated by the 16th century Welfen Castle, where the “Herzberg Castle Concerts” take place annually from April to January.
