Lachine (French pronunciation:) is a borough (arrondissement) within the city of Montreal on the Island of Montreal in southwestern Quebec, Canada. It was founded as a trading post in 1669. Developing into a parish and then an autonomous city, it was merged as a municipality into Montreal in 2002.

Le territoire de l'arrondissement Lachine a une superficie de 20 km 2 et une population de 44 489 habitants (en 2016). Il est situé dans l'ouest de la ville de Montréal au Québec. Lachine est un regroupement de deux villes (Saint-Pierre-aux-Liens et Lachine) fusionnées en 2000.
Established in 1667, Lachine is one of the first three parishes on the island of Montréal. Situated upstream of the Rapides de Lachine, it became a key location for the fur trade. Indigenous peoples have been present on the territory for 2,000 years.
The 14.5 kilometer route which connects the Old Port and Lake Saint-Louis passes through heritage areas testifying to Montréal's industrial past, and a neighbourhood which hosts art galleries, restaurants, bars and shops.
