The Lilith Dollie was a San Diego Comic Con exclusive released in Summer 2005. She came in a sealed black bag, with 600 'normal' dolls in a black dress, and 200 chase figure glow-in-the-dark variants in red. She wears black nail polish. The chase version is extra bloody.
