Submit an Online Excused Absence Form from your child's school website under Contact: "Report an Absence" or view this post for the page.
Locate the Attendance Hotline phone number on the “Report an Absence” page. Call the School’s Attendance Hotline number. Leave a detailed message that includes the student’s name, student ID or birthdate, grade level, reason for absence(s) and date(s) of absence(s).
Report an absence by completing the below SMHS Absence Reporting Form or by calling the Attendance Office at (650) 558-2309 or (650) 558-2308.
Report Student Absence. Please click the link below to send an email to the school. Include the Student’s Name, Date of Birth, Grade, Homeroom Teacher (if known), Date Absent and Reason. If applicable, please attach any documentation to support the absence.
Report an Absence. To report an excused absence, you may choose one of the following options: Email the attendance clerk at Attendanceclerk@somersetmiramar.com. Submit a note to the school's Front office or your child’s homeroom teacher.
Clearing attendance for any reason is done so by completing the BHS Absence Reporting Form. Parents/guardians may email our Attendance Clerk, Ms. Moreno, to report attendance as well. She can be reached at rmoreno@smuhsd.org.
