In 1925, Kulikovsky accompanied his wife to a Berlin nursing home to meet Anna Anderson, who claimed to be Olga's niece, Grand Duchess Anastasia Nikolaevna of Russia. According to Harriet von Rathlef , who witnessed the meeting, while Olga and Anderson conversed, he sat in a corner and sulked. [36]
The following month Olga married cavalry officer Nikolai Kulikovsky, with whom she had fallen in love several years before. During the First World War, Olga served as an army nurse and was awarded a medal for personal gallantry.
Olga Kulikovsky (1926-2020) was the third wife of Tikhon Nikolaevich Kulikovsky, son of Grand Duchess Olga. She married him in 1986, some 6 years before his death in 1993. Olga Kulikovsky reposed in the Lord on 2 May, 2020.

During the 1990s, Olga Kulikovsky travelled to Russia, taking the watercolours and other items with her. She toured the country, hosting numerous exhibits of her mother-in-laws paintings to Russians for the first time.
