You can earn undergraduate degrees at Yale College, master’s or doctoral degrees at the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences, and specialized degrees at our 13 professional schools. There are also many non-degree programs that allow individuals to study or pursue research without matriculating.
The Graduate School of Arts and Sciences offers a wide range of programs leading to Master of Arts, Master of Science, and Doctor of Philosophy degrees. Some master's degrees are awarded en route to the PhD, while others are offered as terminal degrees.
