Carrie 2: La ira (título original: The Rage: Carrie 2) es la secuela oficial de la película Carrie de 1976. Es la segunda entrega de Carrie (saga). Fue dirigida por Katt Shea y protagonizada por Emily Bergl, Amy Irving y Jason London.
The Rage: Carrie 2 is a 1999 American supernatural horror film directed by Katt Shea, and starring Emily Bergl, Jason London, Dylan Bruno, J. Smith-Cameron and Amy Irving. The film is a sequel to the 1976 horror film Carrie based on the 1974 novel of the same name by Stephen King, and serves as the second film in the Carrie franchise.
Irving auditioned for the role of Princess Leia in Star Wars, which went to Carrie Fisher. She then starred in the Brian DePalma-directed films Carrie as Sue Snell (her mother was also in Carrie), and The Fury as Gillian Bellaver. In 1999, she reprised her role as Sue Snell in The Rage: Carrie 2.
