The GSC operates three mailing lists (aka “listservs”) intended solely for the graduate student community of Brown University. Undergraduates, postdocs and visiting scholars may be granted access to the listservs at the discretion of the GSC Chair of Technology.

If you send an email to a listserv, it gets distributed to all individuals who subscribe to that listserv. If you are on the listserv, and reply to an email that is sent to the listserv, your reply goes to everyone on the listserv as well.
Listserv. Listservs allow the creation of and subscription to email lists. These lists are configurable by the list owners and are used to distribute mail among subscribers.
