The Ferrari 250 GT Coupé was a GT car produced by Ferrari between 1955 and 1960. Designed by Pinin Farina it was produced by three different coachbuilders along the way. The first two series known by their coachbuilders as Boano and Ellena were mechanically very similar to the preceding Europa GT.
This attractive feature, installed on a limited number of 250 GT examples in period, gives the coupe a markedly more athletic appearance, offering a perfect complement to the gleaming, sporty Borrani wire wheels at each corner.
10 de jun. de 2015 · El modelo que hoy traemos aquí puede llevar a confusión, pues se trata de una de estas pequeñas series especiales. Algún entendido en Ferrari de los 50 diría -a primera vista- que se trata de un 410 Superamerica Pinin Farina. Y podría serlo, pero no, es un 250 GT. Veamos.
Ferrari 250 GT Coupé Pininfarina. El 250 GT Coupé Pininfarina se presentó en 1958, del cual se produjeron 335 unidades. Del mismo modo, en 1959 se lanzó el 250 GT Cabriolet Pininfarina Serie II, cuya producción ascendió a aproximadamente 212 unidades.
The 250 GT Coupe features an elegant design, further complimented by a luxuriously upholstered interior. Equipped with Ferraris renowned 3.0 litre Colombo V12 which produced 240 horsepower at 7,000 rpm, the 250 GT Coupe could achieve 60 mph in just 7 seconds and reach a top speed just shy of 150 mph.
