    George Bush Park encompasses a whopping 7,800 acres inside the Barker Reservoir. The park hosts a large group of soccer fields, softball/baseball fields, beautiful dog parks for large and small dogs, an equestrian trail, and 11.36 miles of hike and bike trails ranging over Buffalo Bayou.

Landmarks within the park include a three-acre Play Garden, a quarter-mile loop Skating Ribbon, and a 40-foot high Climbing Wall with a network of gently curving paths connecting each feature.
