You can tell a Joss Whedon scene because the suit is lit up directly and looks like a party costume (the post credits race scene is a perfect example). The way Zack shot/lit/edited the suit was completely different - makes it look dark but with silvery tone/highlights instead of full on bright blue with noticeably stuck on abs.
