Cream is the stand of Vanilla Ice from Part 3 of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, also known as Stardust Crusaders. It is a humanoid stand with a cloak around its head covering most of its head region. Notable features include its glowing yellow eyes and pure white skin color that at times appear malleable in the anime. It was a monster-type stand that had extra-dimensional properties, sending anything it hit when it ate itself into a ball to a "dark dimension inside its mouth", effectively erasing it from this dimension. The only ones capable of escaping this dimension are Cream itself and its user.
Cream can fluctuate from a really strong stand to a really weak one all based on one factor, that being if your opponent knows how to fight Cream or not and what stand they are using. The reason why is because Cream is a stand that mostly focuses on a snowballing effect after the leg is removed, but due to Dark Space being blockable and Void Surprise being quite easily dodged with a leg, it makes fighting someone who knows how to dodge and block an uphill battle.
That doesn't mean however that Cream doesn't have options to use despite this, as your spec's stun move (whether that be Liver Shot, Zoom Punch or Multi Steel Balls) can combo into Void Surprise's downward hitbox to get a leg off and hopefully start the snowballing. It doesn't have enough stun to true combo, but considering Void Surprise is unlockable then depending on the stand your opponent it using then it might as well be.
Cream is also one of the best Stands to win Steel Ball Run because of the limb erasure and high damage and health. It is also arguably the best Stand in the game to use with Vampirism thanks to the ability to avoid the sun entirely by entering the dark dimension, and the effective easy damage combos such as Vaporization Freezing and Void Surprise.
However Hamon is also a great choice for Cream. This is because the spec moves mesh really well with Cream's toolset with Zoom Punch being an easy starter into Void Surprise and Scarlet Overdrive being a great option to use after landing one due to it's high damage. You can also max out your Hamon and Stand skill tree if you ignore worthiness making it an even better choice.
There is a 4% chance to get Cream from a Mysterious Arrow.
E - Stand Barrage: Throws a slow barrage of punches at the enemy dealing 1.3 damage per hit at max destructive power.
R - Stand Barrage Finisher: A heavy punch that does 16.1 damage at max destructive power.
T - Dark Space: Cream and its user become a ball which moves quickly from left to right, dealing 43.9 damage and removing a random limb. If it takes an arm, it will increase damage until the opponent is defeated or gains the arm back. Removing a leg cancels running until the leg is restored or the opponent is defeated. This move is blockable.
H - Dimensional Dip: Cream devours itself and its user into the dark dimension for a short period of time. This prevents the user from taking damage, and is similar to King Crimson's Time Erase, except it lasts longer and does not revert positions. Your screen will be greatly blinded while in the dark dimension, and you will only be able to identify enemies by their usernames above their heads. In this state, your walkspeed will be slightly larger than a normal player's speed while walking, however you cannot sprint. This move can also be countered by Return To Zero.
•Cream is the only stand in the game that appears to the right of your character rather than the left, making it a little trickier to see while using shift lock.
•Cream has the least amount of moves in the entire game, with only 3 moves. (Not including Barrage & Heavy)
•Cream is the first stand in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure to have dimension related moves.
•Vanilla Ice, the user of Cream, is a reference to an American rapper with the same name.
•Cream is one of two Stands in Part 3 which has a musical reference as a namesake (the other one being Tenore Sax, which is a reference to a Tenor Saxophone.)
•In the anime, after Cream devours itself and the user, the user is sent to a different dimension inside Cream's mouth, forming a ball of nothingness that sends anything it touches to that dimension, "erasing it" from our dimension. The ball can move at fast speeds and can't be detected with any of the five senses, but at the cost of the user not being able to see what it is going towards, since they are in the Stand's dimension.
