Paul Thomas Wasilewski (Polish: ['pavɛw vaɕi'lɛfskʲi]; born July 23, 1982), known professionally as Paul Wesley, is an American actor, director and producer. He is known for starring as Stefan Salvatore in The Vampire Diaries (2009–2017) and James T. Kirk in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds (2022–present).

The strength of Paul Wesley is his desire to evolve. He started as a leading actor in “The Vampire Diaries”, then he studied to become a director and succeeded. In the meantime, he was chosen to play Captain Kirk in the new “Star Trek”, which was a dream come true: “I grew up watching the old episodes on TV,” he tells us.
