In EarthBound, a short clip of Pollyanna plays as Ness leaves the Minch household after the death of Buzz Buzz before the Onett theme begins. A version of the track also plays whenever Ness returns to his house in Onett, and also plays in the Polestar Preschool in Twoson after Paula is rescued.
