6 de nov. de 2020 · An APA running head can be up to 50 characters (including spaces) and is written in all capital letters. It’s left-aligned and appears on all pages, including the title page. It’s not necessary to put the label “Running head” in front of the title (as was the case in APA 6).

Ensure the running head is no more than 50 characters, including spaces and punctuation. Avoid using abbreviations in the running head; however, the ampersand symbol (&) may be used rather than “and” if desired.

Write the running head in all-capital letters and place it left-justified in the page header, across from the right-justified page number.
