Alas (Spoiler Alert, barely), the mission goes sideways for Barney.
On the review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes, 14% of 125 critics' reviews are positive, with an average rating of 3.4/10.

Audiences and critics have very different preferences; viewers may enjoy Expend4bles' chaos while critics may focus on its faults like bad CGI.
