The Blind Maiden is the titular main antagonist of the Creepypasta urban legend of the same name. She is a serial killer ghost who kills anyone who has access to her website "The Blind Maiden".

The story begins discussing an urban legend that is being talked about in schools in Spain, featuring a website called "Blind Maiden". Our unknown protagonist caught wind of this from a Spanish friend of his, due to the legend being only majorly known in Spain. Most of the time, the said website seems to be offline, leaving most unable to access it. However, if the rumor is taken as fact, you can access the website if you are all alone, lights everywhere in your house are turned off, and if you decide to go to the website at midnight on a moonless night. With those conditions, only then will you able to access the site.

Once inside, pictures of terrified and eyeless children and shown rapid fire on your computer screen, before Spanish text is shown, roughly translating to: "This website will take you to a whole new level of horror. A horror that will use all five of your senses. You must be very careful not to click on anything by accident. You will be faced with a real experience of absolute horror. Click the accept button to engage actively in the experience." Below said text are two buttons, one reading Accept and Decline. The narrator telling the tale warns against clicking Accept, and advises clicking Decline for safety.

If you click decline, you will be rewarded to access to galleries of eyeless children which is similar to a gore site. However, if you are brave/foolish enough to click Accept, the computer screen shows the silhouette of something, presumably the Blind Maiden, walking towards your home, and them the room you are currently in. As the monitor zooms on your own back, the beast taps on your shoulder, an obvious attempt to gain your undivided attention. if you turn around and face the phantom, the beast will kill you in some fashion, as she stares frighteningly at you.

Afterward, she rips out your eyes and snaps a picture of your face, so you can join the gallery of eyeless faces on her website. However, there is a possible way to cheat your way out of its wrath, as an another Spanish boy claimed to have accepted the challenge and lived by being knocked unconscious by being hit by their table's edge while trying to run away from the monster.

  3. Blind Maiden Website. There is a website that offers its users the choice to experience the "ultimate horror." This website, called “Blindmaiden.com”, is supposedly a site dedicated to a doomed spirit that will enter the home of people who have viewed it.
