"Cast in the name of God Ye not Guilty" can mean many things, but is generally interpreted as "He who wields the Megadeus, created in God's name, is not a murderer but an executioner." But it may also be read as a paraphrasing of John 8:7—"Let him who is without sin/guilt cast the first stone."
