Mrs. Melisha Tweedy is the main antagonist of the DreamWorks/Aardman's animated Chicken Run film franchise, serving as the main antagonist of DreamWorks' 4th full length animated feature film Chicken Run, which is also both Aardman Animation's and Pathé's first animated feature film and it's 2023 Netflix sequel Chicken Run: Dawn Of The Nugget.

It tells the story of Rocky and Ginger who lead a rescue mission when their daughter has been abducted to a highly-advanced poultry farm run by their old enemy Mrs. Tweedy. Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget had its world premiere at the 67th London Film Festival on 14 October 2023, and was released by Netflix on 15 December 2023.
