Julie Dorne Brown, better known as Downtown Julie Brown, is an English-born actress, television personality, SiriusXM DJ and former MTV VJ. She was born on August 27, 1959, in Bedfordshire, England. Brown is best known as the host of the television music show Club MTV, which ran from 1987 until 1992.
