Gigi Goode is an American drag queen, model, makeup artist, performer, and one of the Season 12 runners-up of RuPaul's Drag Race.
"Gigi" comes from her real last name, Geggie. "Goode" is a reference to the character "Fiona Goode" (Jessica Lange) from the third season of the TV series American Horror Story.

•Gigi has also stated that she no longer feels the need to go by her legal name, and that she would rather be referred to as just "Gigi" both in and out of drag. She has referred to her legal name as a "deadname" to her as a non-binary person.
•Her uncle taught her about gay culture and introduced her to who RuPaul is.

Goode was born on December 2, 1997, in Woodstock, Illinois, and has Scottish and Scandinavian ancestry. Her mother, Kristi, is a costume and interior designer. Goode was introduced to LGBT culture at the age of 12 by her openly gay uncle.
