    Mignon

A youthful, vivacious, and charismatic man who works as a car mechanic during the day and as a fighter at an illegal arena at night. He is well-known as a boxer who has won a number of matches; yet, behind the scenes, he is constantly mistreated and pushed into physical form by his coach, who is just interested in the money. His purpose for boxing is to impress the only person who cares about him, his doctor, Oh Young. He originally had white hair before being saved by Oh Young and nearly died as a result of his injuries. As a result of becoming a vampire, he now has brown hair, crimson eyes, and fangs.

    Oh Young-One

A young doctor who turns out to be a vampire in secret. He first gives the impression that he is a regular man, but when Mignon enters and sees him sipping a blood pack, he is quickly caught at the wrong moment. He has a frigid demeanor, yet he is incredibly frank when it comes to treating his patients and even exposes his heart to Mignon. He needs blood every week; otherwise, he starts to experience withdrawal symptoms. He receives blood by treating wounded boxers while working as a doctor at an illegal arena, albeit he now gets blood from Mignon.

Oh Young proceeds down the stairs, through a club, and into an alleyway, where he is welcomed by Master Woo. Oh Young enters the infirmary to find Mignon waiting and asks him whether the first battle has already concluded and what happened to his face, with Mignon giggling. Oh Young fixes Mignon's bruises and informs him that he is too young to be working in a place like this and that he should be making friends and enjoying university at his age. Mignon informs him that he doesn't need pals. Oh Young dabs a couple of locations on his face, assuring him that he'll learn as he goes. Mignon giggles and asks if he is concerned about him. Oh Young asks Mignon whether his coach caused his injuries and why he's still with him. Mignon informs him that if he goes, he won't be able to see him again, with Oh Young assuring him that it's nothing but misery. Oh Young advises him to get moving and not to get punched again. Mignon persists on remaining but eventually decides to leave. Mignon assures him he'll see him later before departing. Mignon's reply causes Oh Young to halt in astonishment. Oh Young closes the door and the sign illuminates. Mignon considers Oh Young before being brought back to reality by his coach, who asks him where his gloves are. Mignon rushes back to the infirmary and asks Oh Young if he has seen his gloves, and he is stunned by what he finds. The doorknob falls off of the door and Mignon witnesses Oh Young drinking a blood bag next to a patient. Oh Young is stunned and drops the blood bag, leaving a smear of blood in the corner of his lips.

Mignon and his coach stroll down the crosswalk while Mignon mulls on Oh Young's whereabouts after not seeing him during yesterday's match, as well as his status as a vampire. Mignon and his coach enter and walk inside a storage facility, when Mignon is quickly kicked from below his knees and collapses over but manages to hold himself. His coach tells him to go into planking position, and he gets hit with a stick many times before slumping to the ground. His coach storms off, and Mignon sighs, wondering whether Oh Young drank his blood. Meanwhile, Oh Young glances up at the ceiling in his apartment, reliving the unexpected occurrence that occurred that day and questioning his error. He then chooses to get up, stroll to the kitchen, and open the fridge, only to discover that he is running low on blood packets. Oh Young resolves to contact Master Woo to address a matter. While sitting in the waiting area, Mignon begs his coach if he may go to the lavatory, which enrages his coach and pledges to be fast before being released. Mignon rushes to the medical room only to find Oh Young missing. Master Woo is on the phone with Oh Young, who informs him that he has been apprehended, when he is interrupted by Mignon, who inquires whether he is present today. Master Woo reads out loud a description of the man who is revealed to be Mignon in front of Mignon, who assumes Oh Young isn't present. Mignon hurries back out before being called by his coach for taking too long, while Master Woo strikes a deal with Oh Young, allowing him one week to expel Mignon and pay with blood before hanging up the phone.

Mignon is punished by his coach for taking too long. Mignon searches the crowd for Oh Young inside the boxing arena but is heartbroken to find him missing. Mignon tries to fight back but is knocked down after being trapped in a corner. At the same moment the referee is counting down, his coach enters the ring and slaps him to try to shake him out of it. Unfortunately, Mignon loses the round after being down for ten seconds. Mignon eventually opens his eyes to see Oh Young and sobs out of relief and worry for not seeing him. Oh Young tells Mignon to leave his coach behind and depart. Mignon is taken aback by his reaction and insists on not leaving or informing anybody about his secret, even pleading with Oh Young to help him. Mignon attempts again, arguing that he can assist him by giving him blood, but Oh Young grows upset and tells him that it's a matter of life and death and that he must not be silly. Mignon bursts into tears and tells Oh Young that he loves him and begs him not to throw him away. Oh Young apologizes for misunderstanding him and exits, leaving Mignon alone in the dark chamber.

During the day, Mignon is jump roping and remembers what happened yesterday. Oh Young descends several steps before passing through the arena where the announcer is introducing Mignon. A montage is displayed, showing, Mignon fighting his opponents, and then sending them to the infirmary, Oh Young collecting blood from his injured patients and consuming a blood pack, and Mignon training. At the infirmary, Oh Young muses to himself on how difficult things have been, such as Mignon staying behind rather than leaving, the patient load spiraling out of control and sending everything into a frenzy, paying Master Woo in full, and how the days-long hunger will soon pass. Oh Young keeps musing, putting his palm to his temple and realizing that time is running out. Mignon enters the room and advises him to go before he can think about what would happen if he doesn't take care of Mignon. His hand begins to tremble, and Mignon observes this and grows worried. Oh Young orders him to go once again before Mignon gently approaches and comments that he looks pale before backing away. His face is touched as Mignon informs him that his hands are trembling and breaking out in a cold sweat. Oh Young pulls Mignon away from him, causing him to slip and fall backwards. Mignon catches him, making him blush, and insists that he let go and leave him alone. Mignon attempts to calm him down as Oh Young gets hesitant and eventually gives up, asking Mignon why he won't listen and telling him to go. Oh Young feels fatigued due to tiredness and a lack of blood, so Mignon decides to give him blood through a direct kiss, which causes Oh Young's eyes to shine brilliant crimson.

Oh Young's eyes shine a brilliant crimson, and he is adamant about getting more blood from Mignon.   After regaining consciousness after kissing Mignon, he pushes himself away from him, feeling embarrassed. Before leaving, Mignon holds his hand and apologizes for kissing him, telling him that he won't ask for much and would instead ask him to mend him and chat. Oh Young inserts a cotton ball in his mouth and instructs him to gnaw on it until it stops bleeding, to which Mignon nods. Finally, the two agree to forget about their experience. Mignon asks Oh Young where he's going as he walks away, and he tells him that he's going to smoke. Oh Young approaches Master Woo, and the two of them talk about Mignon, and he begs if they could give him some time till he figures out his life, because he needs to make a livelihood. Master Woo lights a cigarette and inquires as to how long Mignon has been here, to which Oh Young responds that he has been here for a little more than two and a half years, since he was nineteen. Master Woo assures him that he has known him for the same amount of time. Master Woo warns him not to become attached to Mignon since he is a fleeting moment. Oh Young insists that it is not what he believes, while Master Woo reminds him that his life will be over in the blink of an eye and that he should let him go as quickly as possible. Oh Young thanks him before going away. Following their chat, Oh Young walks outside to see Mignon battling in the arena and makes a mental note of a fleeting moment before continuing his stroll. The timer is set to 23:59 before reaching 00:00.

At the apartment, Mignon leans over Oh Young and asks whether he will let him in. Oh Young inquires as to what he means, before Mignon makes love to him during the night. The next day, Mignon and Oh Young leave the apartment and go downtown until they reach the arena, where Mignon asks Oh Young if anybody would recognize him in his new appearance, to which Oh Young responds that only individuals seeking for a fight will. Inside, Mignon and Oh Young stand behind the arena, with Mignon reliving all those times he battled in the ring and directing his attention away from the contest.

  6. Mignon (anime) Korean BL. Okay so..... this was my second time watching an anime (manhwa? I'm not sure which term to use because I'm not familiar with the terms, please correct me). I watched Hyperventilation a few days ago and it wasn't that good. I just finished watching Mignon and WOAHHHH. I wish I watched this as my first bl anime/manhwa.
