Dr. Horrible (played by Neil Patrick Harris) is the villain and main protagonist of Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog who aspires to join the Evil League of Evil. Dr. Horrible, the name by which he is commonly known (especially by the public), is the alter-ego of Billy (his everyday name).
The Analyst is, alongside Miguel Bain, Adam Sutler, Peter Creedy, Lewis Prothero and Lord Ozunu, one of the six Wachowskis villains to be Pure Evil. The Analyst is one of two villains from The Matrix villain to be Pure Evil, the other being Cypher Reagan from the original trilogy, as well as Neil Patrick Harris' first Pure Evil villain.
