Teodora Ungureanu (born 13 November 1960) is a Romanian former gymnast who competed at the 1976 Summer Olympics. She is a three-time Olympic medalist (two silver and one bronze) and a world championships silver medalist.

Teodora Ungureanu (nacida el 13 de noviembre de 1960 en Reșița, Rumania) es una gimnasta rumana retirada que compitió en los Juegos Olímpicos de Montreal 1976. Ungureanu es tres veces medallista olímpica (dos de plata y una de bronce) y una medalla de plata en el Campeonato Mundial de Gimnasia.
