2 de ago. de 2022 · In the heyday of monumental Expressionism, Peter Dreher opted for small scales and mundane, inexpressive subject matter: Beginning in 1974, he painted a water glass in a realistic mode every day, which resulted in his landmark series “Tag Um Tag Ist Guter Tag” (“Day by Day, Good Day”).
Pointillism (/ ˈ p w æ̃ t ɪ l ɪ z əm /, also US: / ˈ p w ɑː n-ˌ ˈ p ɔɪ n-/) is a technique of painting in which small, distinct dots of color are applied in patterns to form an image. Georges Seurat and Paul Signac developed the technique in 1886, branching from Impressionism.

by artst. Pointillism or dot painting is one of the most unique methods of producing artwork in modern times. It was first developed by a handful of French painters during the late 19th century at the end of the Impressionist movement when a variety of new painting styles were emerging within Paris and other parts of the world.
She depicted fresh fruit and vegetable produce and objects native to Mexico, painting many small-scale still lifes, especially as she grew progressively ill. The anthropomorphism of the fruit in this composition is symbolic of Kahlo's projection of pain into all things as her health deteriorated at the end of her life.
