Vijay (Hindi: विजय, Tamil: விஜய்) was a fictional British Secret Service intelligence operative and James Bond's contact in India during his investigations of Kamal Khan. One of Bond's allies from the 1983 James Bond film Octopussy, he was portrayed by professional tennis player Vijay Amritraj.
His best known role is probably as the MI6 intelligence operative Vijay in the 1983 James Bond film Octopussy. He also appeared briefly in Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home (1986) as an unnamed starship captain.
