What are the best mods for turning Oblivion into more of a Dark Fantasy/Horror experience?

Generally most people will suggest Wrye Bash or Oblivion Mod Manager due to a few caveats this game has (thankfully SkyBSA blessed us so we don't need to mess around with timestamps anymore) and a lot of popular mods using BAIN. If you have the capabilities to do so go ahead and use Wrye Bash.
