24 de may. de 2024 · Charles FitzCharles, 1st Earl of Plymouth had one full sister, Catherine FitzCharles, born in 1658. Very little is known about Catherine. Although some think she became a nun and died in 1759 when she was 101, she probably died young.
4 de may. de 2024 · Catherine was the daughter of Thomas Pegge. She had two children by the king: His son, Charles FitzCharles, 1st Earl of Plymouth was born in 1657, and Catherine FitzCharles was born in 1658, and died a year later.

Although Totnes had a castle capable of being made a place of considerable strength, and was of some importance, as being on the road to Dartmouth, Plymouth, &c., we do not read of many military transactions, which occurred there during the civil war.
