Lady Margaret Seymour (1540 – ?) was a writer during the sixteenth century in England, along with her sisters, Anne Seymour, Countess of Warwick and Lady Jane Seymour, including of the Hecatodistichon.
Margery Wentworth, also known as Margaret Wentworth, and as both Lady Seymour and Dame Margery Seymour (c. 1478 – 18 October 1550), was the wife of Sir John Seymour and the mother of Queen Jane Seymour, the third wife of King Henry VIII of England.

When Margaret Seymour was born about 1540, in Wolf Hall, Wiltshire, England, her father, Sir Edward Seymour 1st Duke of Somerset, was 35 and her mother, Anne Stanhope, was 31. She died on 18 January 1560, in County Wicklow, Ireland, at the age of 21.
