(WNCN) — The largest state-level competition of the Special Olympics of North Carolina begins Friday and runs through Sunday at venues across Raleigh, Cary and Holly Springs. The 2024 SONC Summer Games will kick off with an opening ceremony Friday at 7:30 p.m. in Reynolds Coliseum at NC State University.
