I’d say Bob Wiley from What About Bob? Sure, he’s got a likable personality in comparison to the egotistical Dr. Leo Marvin, but Dr. Marvin is absolutely right about Bob’s crossing of doctor-patient boundaries. He lies about being his sister and he fakes suicide just to find out where he is, and inserts himself into the family’s vacation.
