INNER FEELINGS is a largely-self produced follow up to 1981's NIGHTS, boasting some of the most fitting music ever paired to Billy Ocean's sublime voice.

In 1982, Trinidadian singer Billy Ocean released what I consider his best album, the only one that has the chance to stand the test of time. This is due to good production, decent songs, one of which is a Reggae song and two of which are quite good (Rock-a-Bye Baby and the title song), a competent choice of musicians, and the fact that Billy Ocean can actually sing well.
