Barnim X, or according to another account Barnim XII (15 February 1549, in Wolgast – 1 September 1603, in Szczecin) was a duke of Pomerania and a member of the House of Griffins.

He was the second son of Duke Wartislaw IV of Pomerania-Wolgast and the brother of Bogislaw V and Wartislaw V . He married Sophie of Werle (1329–1364), the daughter of John II of Werle. Barnim XI (1501–1573; by some accounts Barnim IX), son of Bogislaw X, Duke of Pomerania, became duke on his father's death in 1523.
